| Hello Fellow Members, Summer is rapidly coming to an end, hard to believe how fast the days go by. These past couple of months have been filled with activities and events with very good participation. This included our participation in our Sponsor’s annual car show. I visited with Logan while at the show and he was very grateful for the number of members who brought their cars out for this event. I would like to take a moment to recognize the great job that our event chairs, Larry, Debbie and Billie have done this year! They have been able to put together some great events and activities. I’ve received some indications that a number of our officer and chair positions will not be looking at continuing in their positions next year. Officer nominations are held during the October member meeting. This would be a good time to start thinking about if you would like to be more involved in the planning and operation of the club. It can be daunting at times but it’s very rewarding and it is always good to get some new perspectives and ideas into the leadership team. The remainder of this year’s monthly club meetings will be held at Riverton Chevrolet so come and join us for the meetings and if you’d like, the pre-meeting socials that are now being scheduled again. The website will be updated to provide this information. These pre-meeting socials offer a great opportunity to visit with other members. As the weather starts to get colder just remember that there are still a lot of things that we can do, even if our cars aren’t involved. If you have an idea for an offseason activity please let Billie, Larry or Debbie know as we are always looking for fun things to do together.
