| Description: | The Corvette Club of Utah will hold their annual Awards Banquet at The Oakridge Country Club in Farmington, UT. Social starting at 6:00 pm, dinner following at 7:00 pm. The Annual Award Banquet will be held to recognize members that have been in the club for 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years or more. Also, the Club Member of the Year will be announced. Finally, those funny events that occur on our club trips will be presented. Menu Selections Chicken Picatta Flour dredged breast of chicken, pan seared and finished with lemon-caper-cream pan sauce, Served with mashed red potatoes and fresh vegetables Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin Pan seared pork tenderloin medallions, fresh rosemary, garlic, rich pan jus Served with roasted red potatoes and fresh vegetables. When you sign-up please let us know in the Comments Box your menu choices. Please use the signup button above to register. Dessert: Carrot Cake The cost for the meals will be $29 per person for the first two people. Any guest after that will be charged $50. Seating is limited to 70 people. Please RSVP by January 5 with your menu choice(s), as Oakridge will need an accurate headcount by this date. Payment for this event is required prior to the cut off date. Once you sign up for this event you will be emailed an invoice. Oakridge's dress code prohibits inappropriate attire which include torn, tattered or obscene clothing, as well as blue jeans. Shoes must be worn at all times. Oakridge reserves the right to allow or deny services based on their dress code. |
