The Stags Car Club has announced their open house will be on Saturday, Jul 30th at the Plain City Park. This is basically a car show open to all car clubs and is used as a fundraiser by the Stags. They serve free hot dogs, soda, and creamies. They make their money from selling raffle tickets. It’s well attended and fills the park. There are several of us from the club that attend.
Car Shows can be found in Mountain Street News (the club gets a subscription), CarCzars Utah (on the web), and Hot Rod Times (online). Unfortunately there is not a single source. I usually get notifications of car shows on the club Facebook Page from other car clubs, organizations, and followers that I will pass on. They always enjoy it when the Corvettes show up.
The car show starts at 9:00 AM. Bob highly recommends that if we want to participate in this event that we have our cars parked by 8:30. |
